Wardrobe is an independent ladies fashion boutique based in the historic market town of Great Dunmow.  We’re all about beautifully made clothes that are fashionable, yet at the same time wearable, and perfect for today’s hectic lifestyles.

Since opening over five years ago, our dedication to wearable fashion has won us a loyal customer base. From practical yummy mummies doing the school run, to fabulous grannies enjoying a stylish retirement. All of our customers can find outfits that not only make them look and feel great, but that fit in with their individual lifestyles too.

To help us provide the perfect wardrobe for each of our customers, we ensure that the brands we stock are created with beautiful, easy to care for, fabrics. And, alongside this, we make sure that the fashion styles we choose are immaculately cut, to suit all body shapes… not just those lucky enough to be blessed with model proportions!

OUI – French for ‘yes’, and this is absolutely the reaction you’ll have to this most gorgeous of knitwear. The wool is of the highest quality, meaning that it’s soft to wear and extremely glamorous, and the range of viscose tunics are highly practical thanks to their machine washable properties. All designs come in a wide range of fashion forward colours, meaning we just know once you’ve purchased one, you’ll be a lifetime fan!

BANDOLERA – Dutch women are renowned for their laidback and classic dress sense, and it’s easy to see why when you take a look through the collections of Bandolera, The Netherlands leading fashion house. Exciting, individual and high quality are all words that will spring to mind. Add to this the fantastic value for money, beautifully cut trousers, and regular updates on their season’s collections, and we’re certain that you’ll always find something to catch your eye in store.

7 FOR ALL MANKIND JEANS – You can’t read a fashion magazine these days without spotting that the preferred jean of many celebrities is 7 for all mankind, or ‘7’ as its known by those in the know. Perfectly cut to flatter legs and bottoms, at Wardrobe we stock not only the ubiquitous skinny style, but also the classic narrow and bootcut styles. The choice is yours.

AVANT GARDE – If you are hoping to turn heads then this eveningwear range is the only choice to make. Cut to perfection to flatter slender and curvy frames alike, these designs are true showstoppers.

Alongside our headline ranges we also offer a number of diffusion ranges, depending on the season. Mina Tunics are a favourite of ours, but customers in the know check in regularly as there’s always something new on offer.

But it’s not just about our gorgeous clothes! Our personal and friendly service will also leave you refreshed. Our assistants are handpicked and helpful, our store is calm and relaxing and our personal shopper is always available to help you choose the pieces that are perfect for you, at no extra charge of course!

And, if you can't make our usual opening hours you can also book an evening appointment, for you and a few friends to enjoy the assistance of one of our stylists, and shop at leisure with a glass of wine to set the mood.
